John Terzakis started his career as an attendant for one of his father’s (Danny Boy Terzakis) stations. Then owned his first gasoline station at the age of 17. Mr. Terzakis has always been a part of the family business. In 1977 John started to run the family business, Danny Boy Oil Company, and entered into a new venture as Mr. Terzakis noticed the trend in real estate was starting to grow faster than retail sale of gasoline.

Taking the company assets, which included at one time more than 200 stations, and repositioning them to include retail centers, residential, and other mixed-uses John started what would soon become Single Site Solutions Corp, a real estate development firm specializing in single tenant buildings.

Today he has developed more than one and a half million square feet of real estate in Illinois, California, Florida and other states.
